Four different problems, four different places to take them. Using the right one gets you answered faster, because each goes somewhere that can actually act on it.
An ordinary problem with an order or a listing
A late delivery, a listing that looks wrong, a question about how something works, trouble posting or getting paid. This is the one to use if you are not sure which one to use.
Signing in means the reply lands on your account rather than in email, and whoever answers can see the order you are asking about.

Most questions are already answered on the help page.
A payment or order dispute
Money is involved and you and the other person disagree: something never arrived, it was not what was described, or a refund has not appeared. This is a separate route because it goes through a review with both sides and can end in a refund, which ordinary support cannot do.
Disputes start from the order in My Orders, so the review has the payment attached to it from the start.
A copyright claim
Someone is using your work without permission. This goes to Brindl's designated DMCA agent at dmca@brindlrow.com, and there is a specific set of things a notice has to contain to be actionable.
This address is for copyright only. Anything else sent here will be slower to answer, not faster. See the DMCA page for what to include.
A bug, or an idea
Something on the site is broken, or you want to suggest a change. These have their own pages so they end up on a list rather than in a conversation.
What to expect
Support messages and disputes are answered within 2 business days. Copyright notices are handled separately and can take longer, because each one is reviewed against what the law requires.
